It's 10:45 pm here, so the airport is all I'll see of Dubai on this trip, but that's fascinating enough. Now, I'm off on an expedition to find water...

Hello from Dubai!
Hello from the middle of the trip! I arrived in Dubai about an hour ago... and now am on hour 24 of the journey. And, ended up getting a direct flight from ATL to Dubai after my connecting flight up to JFK was delayed repeatedly. While that meant I had to fly Delta instead of Emirates, I got my own row!
